After earning a Master’s Degree in Pedagogical Counseling for Disability and Marginality from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in November 2015, with a thesis entitled “Traveling between Fairy Tales and Cartoons. A path of Media Education,” from January 2016, I began collaborating with CREMIT at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. Starting in September 2017, I undertook the role of E-Tutor within the Blended Master’s Degree in Business Consulting and Management, at the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. In this position, I focused my attention on creating specific teaching tools for students and offered continuous support during their learning activities, particularly regarding brick&click teaching and management of the BlackBoard platform.

As of October 2020, I embarked on my PhD program, supported by a fellowship in Personal and Educational Sciences – Cycle XXXVI. My research focused on the development of “Innovative Methodologies for Blended Learning in Higher Education,” with a thesis entitled “Gamification Theory and Methods.
